Center for Family & Maternal Wellness (CFMW) was born out of a deep understanding: healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, our families, and our communities.
Founded by a trauma-informed clinician committed to inclusive care, CFMW began as a safe haven for those navigating transitions, loss, overwhelm, and identity shifts. We saw firsthand how caregivers, cycle-breakers, mothers, and marginalized individuals often carry the heaviest emotional loads—yet receive the least culturally affirming support.
We wanted to change that.
🌿 Built for Those Who Carry So Much
At CFMW, we serve individuals, couples, and families across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and New Jersey. Whether you’re grieving, parenting, deconstructing generational trauma, or simply tired of being the “strong one,” you deserve care that sees your whole story.
Our clinicians are guided by anti-oppressive practice, relational healing, and the belief that therapy should feel human—not clinical or cold. We meet you where you are, and walk with you toward where you want to go.
